How effective is the Abs Diet for women? Please, only those who have completed at least 6 weeks on the plan.? no comments
I’m 5’4.5″,167 lbs. I’ve already lost weight on another eating plan (Mayo Clinic Healthy Weight Pyramid; I dropped from 185 to 171 lbs.), but my busy schedule (full-time student, married and an indie film actress), I was not able to always measure the portions of my food. So, I decided to go on the Abs diet as well as drink 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar each morning (to get toxins out of my body), which brought me to my present weight. I was just wondering if any other women have completed at least 6 weeks on the diet, and what were your results?
