How To Lose 30 Pounds The Simple Way no comments
I know what you’re saying, you want to lose 30 pounds, but you don’t know where to start. Have no fear. In this article I’ll tell you a very effective approach.
To begin, I’m going to tell you about an article that recently grabbed my attention. Some actor was asked how he got into shape for his new role. “I ate less and exercised more – it’s not rocket science,” was the actor’s response.
That makes fat loss look kind of easy, does it not? Do you really think it’s all that important to know the deep science in the various weight loss approaches? Forget about all the different statistics on various diet programs, simply focus on the tried and true reduced calorie diet.
Fist things first. Don’t drink any liquids that aren’t called milk or water. Pretty much all other liquids with either increase your calorie intake or put yucky chemicals into your body.
The next thing to think about is to make sure that your meals are small, and you eat about five times a day. This helps to keep your body in fat burning mode. If you start each meal with a piece of fruit or some vegetables, you’ll fill up faster.
So then, what do your meals really look like? Well, only you can decide what you’re going to eat. Just follow these guidelines. But first, understand that you need to remember to eat less than normal.
Anything that contains partially hydrogenated oil (trans fats) or high fructose corn syrup is strictly off limits. Just consider those things poison for your body. Also, stay away from fried foods, and restaurants. One rule that (to me) is unbreakable is to always eat breakfast, and always eat protein with each meal.
Now let’s talk about some exercising. What’s really important is that you do something, anything. Get up and go for a walk, then progress up to a jog, then move on to sprints, or bicycling, tennis, swimming, push-ups, jump-squats, etc. Don’t worry about the specifics, just make sure you’re breaking a sweat, breathing hard, and getting that heart rate up. Of course, talk to your doctor before starting any new workout program.
