What other exercise can i do to workout my abs other than crunches and sit ups? 5 comments
I keep hearing that they are very bad for you and not a real ab workout.
I hear that it is damaging for your lower back. I have scoliosis so i don’t want to damage my back any further. Can someone explain to me why they are bad? And what can i do instead of crunches/sit ups to workout my abs?

i workout my abs a lot but since im kinda skinny my abs are small even thought its cut, since i have the cut look now, i just have to make em bigger.
Problem is i need weight machine, cuz isnt that the only way to make your abs bigger? More weight less reps, More reps less weight. Big, Cut…Righte??

I want to lose 20 pounds and I am going to the gym everyday except Saturday and Sunday. I do cardio and some light weight to tone, but I don’t know if I should be doing abs workout with a chubby stomach, should I first lose the weight I want to lose and then do abs workout??…or should I do abs workout during my daily workouts and cardio?? help please
