Here is a video of exercises — no equipment needed. You can do 3 or all of the exercises; 15 to 20 minutes session 2 or 3 days a week.
For abs, these 2 exercises — bicycle crunch and leg-lift:
Start slow ‘cuz these are not as easy as they look. For first 2 weeks , do as much as you can for 30 or 40 seconds; then rest 1 minute. Do another 30 seconds; rest 1-minute. Do another 30-seconds.
For 3rd week and forward, increase the exercise time (but keep the 1-minute rest).

Jilian Michael’s Cardio Kick Box (it’s on youtube). This dvd comes in a set and it is really good too. But pretty much anything with Jilian Michaels in it, will help you lose weight.\

eat less calories for one thing.. less carbs
an do your choice of cardio.. whatever u want.. as long as its 40 mins or more 4 – 5 times a week
and try and play more psorts
if u want fast.. try doing cardio on a empty stomach before u wake up….. as you got nothing in your stomach so u burn fat very fast…..
sound good….. then have breakfast
